Atif Aslam and Strings will perform in the Indian version of MTV Unplugged, an acoustic performance show, which features stripped-down, intimate live sets of popular artists, will go on floors in August. 

The concept behind the Unplugged series is that musicians will be re-interpreting their original songs using only acoustic instruments. The unplugged show is likely to go on air in October.
